This beer is an Australian take on the American Pale Ale with a fantastic malt character leading to a refreshingly dry finish. Dry hopped with Citra and Ella, it has a beautiful passion and citrus fruit aroma and fruity flavour.

• Makes 40 Pints (23 Litres) 
• Required for brewing: 1 kg Pure Liquid Malt Extract or 850g kg Dextrose/Brew Enhancer
• Required for bottling: Carbonation Drops or Priming Sugar
